Rocky Road Fudge Recipe

Rocky Road Fudge is another one of my and my family's favorite Christmas treats. It is super good. My mom and brother usually make it each year together. I've helped with it before too.

Ingredients:
1 12oz. package of chocolate chips
1 12oz. package of butterscotch chips
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 10 oz. package of miniature marshmallows
1 cup salted peanuts

Directions:
Mix together chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chunky peanut butter and heat in a pan until melted.

Add peanuts. Mix. Let the mixture cool a little bit so the marshmallows won't melt then add marshmallows. Don't let it cool so much that the fudge starts to harden. Spread the mixture in a greased 9"x13" glass baking dish. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy!!
