Favorite Fictional Couples -- Part 2

I'm back today with part 2 of my favorite fictional couples posts! Today is the day for my favorite book fictional couples.

Here's 8 of my favorites!

1. Charles and Millie from the A Life of Faith: Millie Keith series by Kersten Hamilton
Charles and Millie are definitely one of my very favorite couples!! This series is also one of my top favorites too. I just love these two! The things they do together and the conversations they have are the best!!!

2. Todd and Christy from the Christy Miller series
Todd and Christy are a great couple. Todd can sometimes annoy me, but they still make a nice couple. ;)

3. Riley and Andi from The Circle C Milestones series by Susan K. Marlow
Riley and Andi are a really fun couple! They are both adventuresome, outdoorsy people.

4. Ryder and Charity from Dandelion Dust by Faith Potts
Ryder and Charity are so cute! I really like their relationship and I hope that there will be more books about these two.

5. Laramie and Arianna from A Gown of Spanish Lace by Janette Oke
A Gown of Spanish Lace was the first book I read by Janette Oke and I just loved it! Laramie and Arianna are so fun to read about!

6. Kevin and Sallie from The Ebb Tide by Beverly Lewis
Sallie is such a great character. I definitely approve of Kevin too, so that just makes them a sweet couple. ;)

7. Wynn and Elizabeth from When Calls the Heart by Janette Oke
Wynn and Elizabeth are great! They are definitely a bit different personality wise, but they really are great for each other and are really sweet.

8. Eli and Elizabeth from the Homeward on the Oregon Trail series by Melody Carlson
It's been awhile since I read this lovely series, but I remember really liking Eli and Elizabeth.

Favorite Fictional Couples -- Part 1

Valentine's Day is next week! I'm pretty excited! It's always been a day that's I've always liked. :)
The post I'm doing today and tomorrow are posts I've had the idea for for several weeks. I decided to wait until closer to Valentine's Day to do them though. ;) I love reading a good book and watching a good movie. I also really enjoy sweet love stories. So today I am going to be sharing some of my favorite fictional couples from movies and tomorrow I'm going to be doing my favorite fictional couples from books.

Here are 7 of my favorites!

1. Jack and Elizabeth from When Calls the Heart
Jack and Elizabeth are such a fun couple! From not really liking each other in the beginning of season 1 to now being engaged! They've definitely have had their hard times, but I think they're great together.

2. Trace and Abby from Chesapeake Shores
Trace and Abby were high school sweethearts, but through different circumstances were no longer together. Several years later though, they reunite and although they have their difficulties I still like them together.

3. Brian and Jenny from All of My Heart and All of My Heart: Inn Love
All of My Heart is one of my favorite Hallmark movies. It is a sweet romantic comedy. Brian and Jenny are so cute together! The sequel is also good.

4. Norman and Rita from Signed, Sealed, Delivered
These two are adorable! They are super sweet and it's really fun to see how their friendship grows throughout the show.

5. Lee and Rosemary from When Calls the Heart
Lee and Rosemary are just one of the cutest fictional couples ever! They are so cute together and also so great for each other.

6. Donavan and Melanie from With Love, Christmas
I watched this movie just this past Christmas and really enjoyed it! It's one of my favorites and the couple in the movie were so fun.

 7. Willie and Missy from the Love Comes Softly movies
Willie and Missy are not in all of the Love Comes Softly movies, but I really like the both of them.

Beginning of a New Year, A Hallmark Series, and Reading Fun ~ My January Highlights

The first month of 2018 is now over. January was a good month and a nice start to the new year.

~We had some very strange weather! A couple of times this month the temperature was in the 50’s and we even have couple flowers coming up! It is really unusual of us to have this type of weather in January.

~On New Years Day some of my family and I went over to some friends house and played games and visited.

~My mom and I have been watching Cedar Cove which is a Hallmark series. We’re in the third and final season right now. There were a couple days where we watched quite a few episodes in a day and it was so fun!

~I've been re-watching When Calls the Heart in order to get ready for season 5! :)

~I am participating in two really fun reading challenges. Rebekah Morris’ Spring Reading Challenge and Faith’s Reading Jar Challenge.

Crazy Weather!

We have been having some weird weather lately. Last year at this time we had about a foot and a half of snow on the ground. It was just so cold and snowy and I was loving it!
Well, today it is bright and sunny. It’s 52 degrees and the flowers are blooming! I can’t believe it. It’s a beautiful day! I love this type of weather, but in the spring. In January I really love the snow, winter is one of my favorite seasons. So this is just really strange weather for us in Idaho to have in January!

Last year at this time.

Today.

What’s the weather like for you?

Hello 2018!!!

2018 has arrived. That means a whole new year to try new things, make cherished memories, and a whole lot of other excitement!

2017 was a pretty good year. I started a book club, got my braces off after having them on for 3 years, celebrated my 21st birthday, and made some other great memories.
I'm looking forward to a new year though.

A couple things that I'm looking forward to in the new year is:
~A visit from a friend! In the spring a good friend of mine will be coming by!! I cannot wait!! :D
~Hopefully a vacation. ;) I'm not sure if this will happen or not, but I would definitely like to take a trip this year.
~When Calls the Heart season 5 will start up in February! Also I look forward to all the other When Calls the Heart fun that will happen. :)
~Spending quality time with family and making wonderful memories.
~Having fun times with friends.
~Reading great books and also participating in Rebekah Morris' reading challenge!
~Writing in my journal more often.
~Pursuing some things that I've been thinking about doing for awhile.
~Growing closer to God.
~and hopefully lots more! ;)

I can't wait to see all that 2018 has in store for me!
